These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant,”
“you,” or “your”) and Let’s Thrive (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of our website (https://letsthrive.in),
your application for and participation in our experiences (including Curated Residencies, Immersive Travel,
and Corporate Unplugged offsites), and all related services. By submitting an application, making a payment,
or participating in any experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound
by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Our Services
Let’s Thrive offers invite-only, curated experiential programmes for professionals, founders, creators, and
teams. Our three service lines are:
- Curated Residencies: Multi-day residential programmes (typically 4-7 days) for cohorts of 15-22
individuals, combining professional development, wellness, adventure, and community - Immersive Travel: Purposeful travel experiences designed around exploration, cultural immersion,
and meaningful connection in carefully selected destinations across India - Corporate Unplugged: Customised corporate offsites and team experiences designed to drive
measurable business outcomes, team cohesion, and leadership development
2. Eligibility and Application
Our experiences are open to individuals aged 18 and above. All participation is by invitation or application
only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any
application at our sole discretion, based on cohort composition, programme suitability, and other relevant
factors. We are not obligated to provide reasons for declining an application. For Corporate Unplugged
bookings, the authorised representative of the organisation must accept these Terms on behalf of all
participants.
3. Booking Confirmation and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive a confirmation email with experience details, pricing,
and payment instructions. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment,
as specified in the confirmation. Spots are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of the components specified in the experience
description. Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per prevailing rates. Prices are subject to change
without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price communicated at the time of
confirmation
3.3 Payment Terms
A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% of the total experience fee is required within 7 days of receiving
your acceptance confirmation to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days
prior to the experience start date. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in automatic
cancellation of your booking. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), credit/debit
cards, and other methods specified at the time of booking. All payments are processed through secure,
PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
3.4 Corporate Bookings
For Corporate Unplugged engagements, custom pricing and payment terms will be outlined in a separate
proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). Standard terms apply unless expressly modified in writing. Corporate
invoices are payable within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers
Please refer to our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy document for the complete policy on
cancellations, refunds, transfers, and rescheduling. The Cancellation and Refund Policy is incorporated into
these Terms by reference. Key points include: cancellation timelines, applicable refund percentages, transfer
and rescheduling options, and company-initiated cancellation terms.

9. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
Our experiences may include outdoor activities, adventure elements, travel to remote locations, and physical
tasks. By participating, you acknowledge that such activities carry inherent risks including, but not limited to,
physical injury, illness, exposure to natural elements, wildlife encounters, and altitude-related conditions. You
participate voluntarily and assume all such risks. You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to
participate, or have disclosed any conditions that may affect your participation. We reserve the right to
exclude any participant from specific activities if we reasonably believe their participation poses a safety risk
to themselves or others.
10. Changes to Experiences
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to any experience, including modifications to the itinerary,
venue, accommodation, activities, or facilitators, due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather,
natural disasters, local regulations, vendor unavailability, force majeure events, or safety concerns). In the
event of a significant change, we will notify you as soon as practicable and offer the following options: accept
the modified experience; transfer to another upcoming edition (subject to availability); or cancel with a refund
as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Minor changes (such as activity sequence adjustments or
equivalent venue substitutions) will not entitle you to a refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let’s Thrive, its founders, employees, facilitators, partners, and
agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from
or in connection with your participation in any experience, use of our website, or any related services. Our
total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or any experience shall not exceed the total
amount you paid for the specific experience giving rise to the claim. We do not accept liability for: acts or
omissions of third-party service providers (hotels, transport, activity operators); loss, theft, or damage to
personal property; injury or illness unless caused by our direct negligence; delays or disruptions caused by
force majeure events; or failure on your part to maintain adequate insurance.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let’s Thrive, its founders, employees, agents, and partners from
any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of
these Terms; your violation of any law or regulation; your negligent or wilful misconduct during an experience;
or any third-party claims related to your actions or omissions.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure
or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics,
epidemics, government actions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, strikes, transportation disruptions, or any other
force majeure event. In such cases, we will communicate alternative arrangements or refund options as
outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
14. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and
protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is
available at https://letsthrive.in.

controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in any experience shall first be
attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be
referred to mediation. If mediation fails, either party may initiate proceedings in the courts of competent
jurisdiction in Mumbai, India, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
16. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our
website with a new “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent
notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of
